As a part of Banner Christian's ongoing school spirit activities, on Dec. 13, our team was encouraged to dress up as a Biblical character as a way of celebrating the birth of Christ during the season of Advent.
Banner Christian's students, faculty, and staff undertook the endeavor with enthusiasm and got creative with their wardrobe ensembles while commemorating the nativity scene. Participants had fun dressing as our favorite nativity characters, but are reminded that Jesus is the real celebration in this season.
The angel said to them "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David, a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord." — Luke 2:10-11
