Upper School and Lower School students participated in this past week’s Junior Bearcats soccer and volleyball sessions.
Lower School students gleaned important information on the basics of each sport as well as gaining knowledge on skill development, strategy, the importance of staying active, sportsmanship, rules, fair play and what it means to be a good teammate, among other tips.
Each Junior Bearcats session was led by the head coach of our Upper School program—Austin Swiech for soccer and Lisa O’Connor for volleyball—with assistance from members of the Upper School teams. We appreciate you all!
We hope these activities will spark an interest and that we will see them representing Banner Christian on the field, court or pitch someday and giving their utmost for the glory of His name.
