Banner Christian honors Leaders and Athletes of the Month for the month of August.

Below is a look at Banner students who are excelled in the classroom and beyond during the month of August.

Leaders of the Month Awards
These honors recognize students who have shown outstanding leadership by setting a positive example, serving others and demonstrating responsibility. The Leaders of the Month inspire their classmates through their actions, encourage teamwork and consistently demonstrate integrity in both their work and character.

Senior Christian Hicks was hailed for demonstrating a strong work ethic, making wise choices, being a positive example and influence for others. Through dedication and perseverance, Christian has worked hard to achieve academic success and take steps toward fulfilling personal goals. His effort and character make him a role model in our school community.

Freshman Madison Wilson earned distinction for taking initiative and being proactive with her Forge Team membership and providing valuable insights and feedback to the administration for Banner Day as well as demonstrating spiritual growth and maturity. Her dedication and integrity set a positive example for others in our school community.

Please join us in congratulating Christian and Madison for setting a strong example of leadership and faith in our school community.

Athletes of the Month Awards
Below, please find a look at Banner student-athletes who shined academically and on the athletic fields in September.

Freshman boys' varsity soccer player Caleb Gregori took home Male Athlete of the Month accolades because he truly embodies what it means to be a student-athlete, both on and off the field. His leadership and relentless effort not only drive his own growth but also inspires those around him to strive for their best each day. Caleb is a superb example of what it means to be a Bearcat.

A freshman on the girls' varsity volleyball squad, Ava Grannell was selected as the Female Athlete of the Month because she consistently shows what it means to be a Bearcat both on and off the court. Her work ethic pushes Ava to give her best every day. Moreover, Ava's leadership qualities set the tone for her teammates. Importantly, Ava's positivity lifts up everyone around her. Ava doesn’t just play the game—she makes those around her better.

Please join us in congratulating Caleb and Ava for their individual achievements as well as inspiring other Bearcats to reach new heights.
