We are a flourishing Christian school, complete with supportive and engaging students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

From time to time, our school relies on substitute teachers to fill instructional and staff roles to help support and complement the school's needs.

Position Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Statement of Faith: Interested candidates must provide a brief account of how and when they became a Christian and one's experience as a Christian since that point.
Employee Benefits
Healthcare: Full-time employee options include health, dental, vision, life, and disability.
Vacation: In addition to the holidays when school is closed, our faculty and staff receive 10 additional days off to be used for sickness or personal time.
Retirement: 403B savings account, no match at this time.

Banner Christian’s Culpeper campus is a K5-11th grade school that provides an excellent, college preparatory education through a biblical worldview that meets the needs of the whole child, embracing the academic, emotional, physical, social and spiritual aspects of each individual.
