Sydney Good

Sydney hails from Lynchburg and discovered Banner Christian School through a job posting online. She holds both a Bachelor’s in Professional Communication and a Master’s in Strategic Communication from Liberty University. While pursuing her master’s degree, she taught public speaking to undergraduates as part of the graduate assistant program. Sydney also worked for several years at an education nonprofit, managing social media and writing news articles.

Her passion for literature stems from a deep appreciation for the creative expression it offers, reflecting the beauty of the human experience and God’s gift of creativity. Sydney was drawn to Banner because of the school’s strong foundation in God’s word and the welcoming atmosphere she encountered.

In her classroom, Sydney aims to show students the practical value of what they learn, both academically and spiritually. She encourages curiosity and fosters an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their potential in line with God’s plan.

In her free time, Sydney enjoys reading, writing, listening to podcasts, walking outdoors, spending time with family, and learning new things.
