Dylan Pond

Dylan Pond serves Banner Christian School as an Upper School Science and Math Teacher. In his role, he seeks to help students not only grasp academic concepts but also see how science and mathematics reveal the order and beauty of God’s creation.

Originally from Midlothian, Virginia, Dylan earned his Bachelor of Science in Biophysical Science from Regent University in 2023. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Regent as well, further blending his love of science with his calling to ministry. Dylan was drawn to Banner Christian by the school’s Christ-centered environment and purpose-driven mission, and he continues to be inspired by the passion and authenticity of its community.

For Dylan, teaching science is about more than equations and experiments—it’s about equipping students with the tools to investigate the world around them, improve lives, and grow in their understanding of the One who designed it all. He values the opportunity to guide students toward both intellectual curiosity and spiritual growth.

Outside of the classroom, Dylan enjoys staying active through sports, especially soccer, and finds time to relax by playing the piano. He also loves traveling to places like the Outer Banks, spending time with his dog, Nina Bean, and making memories with family and friends.
