Born in Texarkana, Texas, Carol has been a Virginian since the age of 2. Carol's educational journey took her to Richard Bland College, followed by a transfer to Virginia Commonwealth University, where she majored in Education and minored in Psychology. Her career path is rooted in a simple yet profound passion: she enjoys working with kids.

The choice to embark on a career with Banner Christian School was driven by her desire to teach students about Jesus. She recognizes the value of imparting not only academic knowledge but also faith-based values to the young hearts she guides.

What sets Carol apart is her unique approach to teaching, which focuses on fostering strong relationships with her students. She believes that cultivating a positive and enjoyable learning environment is key to igniting a lifelong love for learning.

In her spare time, Carol finds solace in camping with her family, cherishing the moments spent making memories together.
