Upper English and M/US Drama

Beth Culver, an integral part of the Banner Christian School community, brings her passion for English and Drama to the upper school. Beth's journey has come full circle, as she herself is a product of Banner Christian School, having attended for 12 years and graduated as a proud Bearcat.

Her academic pursuits led her to Anderson University's South Carolina School for the Arts, where she delved into Theatre and English Literature. It was there that her love for stories in all their forms truly flourished. Beth's return to Banner, where she now imparts her knowledge and enthusiasm to the next generation, is a testament to the school's exceptional family atmosphere and the genuine care and dedication of its teachers.

In the classroom, Beth skillfully combines her expertise in Literature and Theatre to make the stories and plays they study come to life for her students. This dynamic approach not only fosters a deeper appreciation for literature but also enhances the students' understanding of the dramatic arts.

When Beth steps away from the classroom, her love for literature remains evident, often finding her curled up with a good book, exploring the depths of storytelling. Beyond the world of literature, she hones her creative talents by crafting her latest masterpiece, diligently working at a sewing machine.

Beth Culver's educational journey, love for stories, and dedication to her students make her an invaluable asset to the Banner Christian School community, where the legacy of care, learning, and personal growth continues.
